Due to the increase in the supply and demand of training programs based in Internet, it is important that they can be subjected to quality evaluation. Therefore, research has been carried out regarding the assessment models used in education to define an assessment model of training programs based in Internet (in Spanish, MEPFI). The model proposed follows a systematic cycle of design, creation, implementation, evaluation and modification, applied to training. It has been applied to a sample of students participating in some of these programs in order to analyse the effectiveness of the model and to draw some conclusions.
