Abstract

The aim of this article is to reflect on the possibilities that Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) offer for the development of university extra curricular educational programs. The educational practices in this work focus on cultural heritage within the modality of virtual education, and they have been carried out within the framework of the program “Education and Museums. Heritage for all of us”, at the Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities, National University of Córdoba, Argentina. Unlike the virtual formative courses which most of the universities offer as part of higher education, degrees and postgraduate courses, the proposal presented and analyzed in this article is open to the public in general.
