Because of requirements of a competitive market, universities must fulfill their main role in training people to get the challen ges of quality and management excellence. An the other hand, nowadays society is imbedded in a dynamic environment, where organizations are compeled to con front a pernanent process of social, economic, scientific and technological innovation. In this way, the selfevaluation process means an opportunity to get the commitment of quality goal of the institutions seivice. Moreover, selfevaluation needs a culture of evaluation about the quality of organization own staffmembers and get a right answer to the targel groups demands.Downloads
